Since I first dipped my toes into the world of programming at the age of 11, I’ve been on an exhilarating journey through the ever-evolving landscape of information technologies and internet ventures.

With a dedicated team of more than 250 technology and growth experts, our relentless pursuit of excellence has been recognized through the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award, which we’ve proudly claimed six consecutive times from 2017 to 2022. Furthermore, we’ve also earned recognition from IDC, solidifying our position as leaders in the digital commerce industry. Inventures stands as a testament to our commitment to fostering innovation and supporting promising internet ventures. As the founder, my role entails providing comprehensive technology, investment and business development support to nurture digital pioneers. I have served as an investor and board member for more than 25 internet and technology companies, including Trendyol, Supplementler, Ideasoft, Scorp, Metamorfoz and Cenoa, each contributing significantly to the digital landscape. Additionally, I’ve been an investor in Indico Capital, further fueling the growth of innovative startups.  As we move forward, I hope to witness the development of many more initiatives in the coming period, further igniting the flames of innovation.

🏆 Academic Turned Entrepreneur: Bridging Two Worlds in Harmony 🏆

My academic journey led me to complete my undergraduate education in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University, followed by my M.Sc. and a drop-out Ph.D at the same institution. During this transformative period, my research and contributions on internet technologies, machine learning and software engineering were recognized and published in numerous academic publications. In 2009, while I was deeply honored to be selected as ‘Most Successful Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ by JCI, it was also a year in which my academic and entrepreneurial pursuits converged, marking a significant milestone in my career.

Beyond my entrepreneurial endeavors, I am privileged to serve as a Founding Board Member of the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation, as a dedicated Board Member of the TUBISAD Informatics Industry Association and a proud member of Founders Pledge.
